From a young age, she developed an unshakable work ethic and fierce determination. First as a competitive athlete breaking records, then as a world-traveling yoga instructor by age 17. Her fearless solo journey across 17 countries led her into the elite world of yachting, where she quickly climbed the ranks from stewardess to Bosun on a 70m world-cruising yacht. Along the way, she earned her 100-ton captain’s license, led international deck teams, and explored the farthest corners of the globe, always with grit, grace, and an infectious spirit that left lasting impressions on crew and captains alike.

Nicole’s drive didn’t stop at sea. She began investing in real estate at just 21, transforming her first Fort Lauderdale property into a successful crew house for yachting professionals. Her transition from yachting to land life came with the birth of her daughter, a moment that only fueled her ambition further. Nicole quickly became a top sales performer in a company that empowers women to invest in real estate, before launching her own thriving ventures.

Today, Nicole is the founder and CEO of Nauti Dutch Rentals, a luxury vacation rental & yacht crew housing company operating across South Florida and Massachusetts, known for its curated guest experiences and premium properties. She also leads Yacht Standard Cleaning, a fast-scaling, high-end cleaning company delivering yacht-level service standards to yachts, homes and rentals. Now at just 25, Nicole is raising a beautiful two-year-old daughter while running multiple businesses with passion, precision, and purpose. Through it all, she remains committed to giving back, inspiring other women to rise from rock bottom and build empires of their own. She truly has an electric energy that brightens your day and leaves everyone around her feeling inspired to dream bigger, work harder, and lead with heart.
